you can taste typical Mediterranean cuisine.
The dishes on the menu are made with simple ingredients. Extravirgin
olive oil, garlic and tomato unite the fresh produce of the
sea and the the land of Procida.
The menu offers ancient traditional dishes, but also the "Chef's
choice", a journey into a more unusual gastronomic territory.
These new and delicate tastes have been obtained by combining
wisdom, ancient flavours and the aromas of the land and the
sea.
Every day, at precisely one o'clock, for fifty years, the
loudspeaker on the beach has announced the menu, "the
chef's choice" (which is always different every day and
costs 25,00 Euros for a whole fish-based meal) and wished
everybody bon appetit.
Also, the à la carte prices are reasonable and above
all, there are no bad surprises.
There are no additional final taxes, additional tips, cover
charges, bread charges, taxes etc. Great reception and wonderful
treatment is guaranteed.
